With respect to the use of this Web site, neither Best Computer USA nor any of our employees, makes any warranty, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, compatibility, and fitness for a particular purpose, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with, customer (buyer)  agrees to the following sales terms and conditions:

Customer has read and agreed to all policies posted at
Shipping and Labor charges are non refundable.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges including the cost of shipping the defective item back to us for warranty repair or replacement.
Best Computer USA does not guarantee that an item or items customer ordered online are in stock or even if it is still available for sale.  It is the customer responsibility to verify with us to see whether or not an item is in stock or still available for sale before confirming the order online.
The images of products on this Web site are for references only. They may or may not be the actual image of the products that was ordered. Best Computer USA is not responsible for any typographical or photographical errors.
Best Computer USA is not responsible for errors made or damages caused by delivery companies.
All software sales are final.
OEM version of Microsoft Windows software can only be purchased if it meets the following criteria:a) a fully assembled computer system or (b) a nonperipheral computer hardware component.

A “fully assembled computer system” means a computer system consisting of at least a central processing unit, a motherboard, a hard drive, a power supply, and a case.

A “nonperipheral computer hardware component” means a component that will be an integral part of the fully assembled computer system on which the individual software license will be installed.

OEM versions of Microsoft Office and OEM versions Microsoft Windows Server Editions can only be purchased with fully assembled computer systems, or can be purchased by itself if you are system builders.


Warranty Policies

All merchandise purchased from Best Computer USA carry a 90-day warranty from the invoice date, except for processors (CPU).
All processors (CPU) carry a 30-day warranty from the invoice date.
Warranty does not covered physical damage.  It is customer responsibility to inspect all merchandise received. If merchandise arrive damaged, it is customer responsibility to contact Best Computer USA within 2 business days from the delivery date to obtain a replacement. After the 2 business days grace period,Best Computer USA will not accept any returns of damaged  merchandise.
Warranty will be voided if any stickers placed on merchandise by Best Computer USA are removed or altered in any way.
